The Chicken Pakora

Ingredients for Chicken Pakora
- Boneless chicken , cut into small cubes
- Cornflour
- Eggs
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooking oil
Preparation
- Soak the chicken cubes in vinegar for around 15 mins…
In the meantime,
- Take cornflour in a bowl
- Break 2 eggs
- Add black pepper and salt to taste
- Mix well the ingredients to form a smooth batter
Cooking
- Heat cooking oil in a deep frying vessel
- Strain the chicken pieces of excess vinegar
- Coat them uniformly with the batter
- Put the coated chicken pieces once the oil
- Fry the chicken pakoras till half done
- Strain the half done pakoras and re-coat them with the batter
- Put the re-coated pakoras back to the vessel and fry till it turns golden brown
- Strain excess oil and your pakoras are ready to be served
- Serve hot with sauce or mint chutney
