The Chicken Pakora

Ingredients for Chicken Pakora

  • Boneless chicken , cut into small cubes
  • Cornflour
  • Eggs
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking oil

Preparation

  • Soak the chicken cubes in vinegar for around 15 mins…

In the meantime,

  • Take cornflour in a bowl
  • Break 2 eggs
  • Add black pepper and salt to taste
  • Mix well the ingredients to form a smooth batter

Cooking

  • Heat cooking oil in a deep frying vessel
  • Strain the chicken pieces of excess vinegar
  • Coat them uniformly with the batter
  • Put the coated chicken pieces once the oil
  • Fry the chicken pakoras till half done
  • Strain the half done pakoras and re-coat them with the batter
  • Put the re-coated pakoras back to the vessel and fry till it turns golden brown
  • Strain excess oil and your pakoras are ready to be served
  • Serve hot with sauce or mint chutney
