Ingredients:
- Rava (Sooji / Semolina)
- Chopped onions
- Chopped green chilli
- Chopped ginger
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds
- Curd
- Salt
- Water
Preparation:
- Take a mixing bowl and all the ingredients mentioned and mix well.
- Keep adding water till the batter reaches a thin watery consistency.
- Let the batter rest for 30 mins.
- Heat a tawa and grease it.
- Splash some water and wipe the tawa.
- Mix the batter again to ensure it is even.
- Take a bowl and spread the batter uniformly on the tawa and keep the flame on medium high flame.
- Sprinkle oil and roast it till the dosa becomes brown and crispy.
