Ingredients:

  • Rava (Sooji / Semolina)
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds
  • Curd
  • Salt
  • Water

Preparation:

  • Take a mixing bowl and all the ingredients mentioned and mix well.
  • Keep adding water till the batter reaches a thin watery consistency.
  • Let the batter rest for 30 mins.
  • Heat a tawa and grease it.
  • Splash some water and wipe the tawa.
  • Mix the batter again to ensure it is even.
  • Take a bowl and spread the batter uniformly on the tawa and keep the flame on medium high flame.
  • Sprinkle oil and roast it till the dosa becomes brown and crispy.

Serve the dosa hot with yummy coconut chutney.Bon Appetit!!!
