Village – The soul of India… Heard a lot about it and finally got a chance to visit this theme restaurant.
Though it doesn’t feel that natural but its a great try to give the customer the ambience of a typical Indian village.

Customers are greeted by playing dhol… Courteous staff behaviour adds to the feel-good factor as soon as you step in…
As soon as you enter you can see the various sections they have built in it… Starting with the cyclewala serving snacks and sweets to the Thek which serves soda and ice gola… Local theatre to the jail… All of it combined will give anyone a picture of how a typical Indian village might be… Not to miss out on the artificial touches…
There is dance floor on offer to the customers which usually is a lively section during the weekends at the restaurant…
Typical group games such as musical chair is also conducted to keep the customers entertained…
But all this is to a certain extent marred by the quality and taste of the food served… Any restaurants prime focus should be on what they are serving and to my opinion, this isn’t the place to be if you want to satisfy your taste buds.
The buffet though had a lot of varieties, 3 non-veg starters, 3 veg starters, 5 non-veg main course dishes one of them being biriyani, 8 veg main course dishes including plain rice, veg biriyani, a varied range of sweets and yeah the add-on puro sabji and dosa…
The buffet spread will definitely startle anyone and one will not be able to wait to turn on their hunger mode…
The taste if not great is average and clearly compensates for the price at which the entire package is served (Both Veg and Non-veg buffet per person being INR 550/-).
Though the food does not live up to ones expectations, the overall experience is sure to be remembered for a long time…
This place is best to visit in groups rather than couples…
